Dr. Karissa Ali completed her veterinary training in Trinidad and has been practicing in Canada for over 10 years after successfully completing the Canadian qualifying examinations. She began her Canadian career at Dundas West Animal Hospital before moving on to work in Toronto’s east end, where she practiced for six years.
She worked as a locum veterinarian across Toronto, gaining experience in a wide variety of clinics and medical cases. She is happy to have returned to Dundas West Animal Hospital, where her journey in Canadian veterinary medicine first began.
Dr. Ali is committed to lifelong learning and enjoys traveling for continuing education to stay current with advances in veterinary care. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and trying her way through Toronto’s many restaurants.
